Mark Fritzer

President

Mark started life as a third generation commercial and charter fisherman in northwest Washington and has logged tens of thousands of miles at sea. He’s worked as technician, shop foreman, GM, and owner in multiple yacht outfitting and repair facilities—including a stint building offshore expedition yachts in New Zealand. He joined Lindell Yachts in 2018 and spends his days engineering solutions and assisting customers. In his spare time, you can find him fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Frank O'Neil

Chief Commercial Officer

A 36-year veteran of the Alaska commercial fishing and seafood industry, Frank manages sales and customer satisfaction for Lindell Yachts. Frank brings 40 years of international sales management, brand strategy and client relations to Lindell Yachts. At Lindell, he’s supporting the growth of the business and expanding Lindell to new markets hungry for long-range adventure vessels. A life boater and angler, Frank lives with his wife on Fox Island, Washington with one daughter in college, and frequently commutes by boat to Lindell’s facilities around the Skagit Delta.

Rob anderson

Vice President of Operations

Rob has decades of experience in various roles within the marine industry leading development and management of luxury fishing yachts. As a Finance Director at CARE E ME Inc., Rob contributed to the success of a woman-owned non-emergency transportation business champioined for its exceptional customer service. His tenure as Director of Program Management at Janicki Industries focused on executing large precision equipment and tooling projects for the aerospace, marine, and energy industries.

Adriel Rollins

Head of Design

For the last 25 years, Adriel’s design work has specialized in products, furniture, interior architecture, space planning, and vessel exterior styling. Though the work is heavy with artifacts, the success of his projects is found in the notion of "product-as-event" where our team of contributing managers, engineers and  stakeholders consider the dynamic and interactive qualities of vessels as they are placed in the context of human behavior. Originally this work served the private yacht/pleasure craft market, including over 13 awards in the marine industry. But over the last decade, this has expanded to reach cruise ships, work boats, commercial and military projects. For Adriel, the common connection to the maritime industry has been a subject-based obsession.

Jenny Dubinsky

Chief Financial Officer

An experienced CPA that loves to boat, Jenny manages the financial operations at Lindell Yachts.  She and her husband live in Gig Harbor, Washington and enjoy spending time outdoors with their three daughters.

Brian Kott

Owner

Although my background is in medicine and business, our yearly family boating adventures ultimately planted the seed for Lindell Yachts.  My wife, Julie, and two children, Lauren and Nathaniel, spent many summers and winters together on a boat - enjoying one another and focusing on God’s creation.  It was foundational for each of us and played a significant role in defining our family.  Now 25 and 22, the “kids” still long for these adventures and time together.  And mom and dad love every minute of it!
